Role: Recruitment Director
Location: Bristol (BS1 3AG)
Hours: Mon-Fri, 37.5 hours per week
Your Role: As Recruitment Director, you will steer the strategic direction and commercial success for your region by:
Driving the region's business to achieve commercial, financial, and growth targets.
Building strong relationships with external and internal stakeholders to uncover and capitalise on business opportunities.
Managing and motivating your direct reports to ensure they meet and exceed company standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Direct the strategic and commercial success of your region, focusing on client cross-selling and business development.
Team Management: Recruit, retain, and manage multiple teams to ensure peak performance.
Managerial Oversight: Lead and mentor managers, ensuring they are equipped to drive their teams to success.
Business Development: Forge strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to identify and capitalise on business opportunities.
Operational Excellence: Set and achieve commercial, financial, and growth targets for the region.
Leadership by Example: Lead with a strategic vision and operational excellence, deputising for the Regional Managing Director when needed.
