Position Overview

The Employment Lawyer will provide exceptional legal services to a diverse client base, including well-known companies, charities, universities, and private individuals. The successful candidate will contribute to the firm's ongoing success by delivering high-quality legal advice and maintaining strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary client service and legal advice
• Manage financial aspects, including time recording and billing
• Contribute to business development and client retention efforts
• Maintain up-to-date technical expertise in employment law
• Continuously develop interpersonal and professional skills
• Adhere to SRA competence standards and firm policies

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years' post-qualifed experience in employment law
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of clients' industries
• Proven track record of financial management and case management
• Proficiency in IT systems, including case management and Microsoft Office
• Self-motivated, friendly, and excellent interpersonal skills
