ACS Staffing Solutions is thrilled to announce a partnership with a brand-new company setting up their brand new Distribution Centre  in Northampton!

One of the countries leading brands of DIY products is coming to Northampton and is looking to recruit an entire team!

We’re on the lookout for Admin Supervisors, Receipt and Outbound Administrators plus more to join this exciting journey!

Hours and Pay Rates

Admin Supervisor                        08:00 – 16:00                     £15.25 per hour
Receipt Administrator                 06:00 - 14:00                      £13.00 per hour
Outbound Administrator             08:00 – 16:00                     £13.00 per hour
Outbound Administrator             14:00 – 22:00                     £14.30 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the administration team, including Customer support, Uniform orders, Absence reporting.
  • Update and manage the inbound forward plan with the stock control team.
  • Organise and plan allocations to support smooth operations.
  • Create and maintain KPI reports, including the Logistics Dashboard.
  • Authorise invoices and purchase orders
  • Oversee cross-charging for group haulage.
  • Act as the logistics contacts
  • Manage the onboarding process and admin for new warehouse staff.
  • Work with suppliers and end customers.

  • Strong planning and organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage relationships and work collaboratively.
  • Skilled at analysing data and identifying improvements.
  • Knowledge of internal supplier processes and workflows.
  • A hands-on leader who can manage a small team.
  • Ability to analyse data and report on key areas for improvement.
  • Customer-focused approach to ensure stock availability and resolve issues quickly.
  • Strategic thinker who can balance inbound stock with warehouse capacity and resolve cross-departmental issues.
