Corporate Solicitor - Leading UK Law Firm

Our client, a leading full-service UK law frm, is seeking a talented Corporate Solicitor to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced solicitor to work with a diverse range of clients and contribute to the firm's ongoing success.

Position Overview

As a Corporate Solicitor, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality legal services to the firm's clients, which include leading household names, charities, universities, and private individuals. You will work collaboratively with the team to provide smart, practical solutions and exceed client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary client service and care
• Manage financial aspects, including accurate time recording and billing
• Drive business development to retain and attract clients
• Maintain up-to-date technical expertise in corporate law
• Continuously develop interpersonal and soft skills
• Comply with SRA competence standards

Requirements

• Extensive relevant post-qualifed experience (PQE) in corporate law
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of clients' industries
• Ability to manage own caseload with minimal supervision
• Proven track record of financial management and case management skills
• Proficient in IT, including case management systems and Microsoft packages
• Self-starting, friendly individual with excellent interpersonal skills
• Consistently demonstrate and embody the firm's values
