As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving new business growth across the North West region. This client-facing position requires a deep understanding of the property finance market and a proven ability to cultivate strong relationships with brokers, developers, and other key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities in bridging and development finance.
• Build and maintain a robust network of brokers, property developers, and investors.
• Represent the company at industry events, networking opportunities, and trade shows to promote services and build brand awareness.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth progression and completion of deals.
• Provide clients with exceptional service, managing their journey from enquiry to deal completion.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Proven experience in business development, particularly within bridging finance, development finance, or specialist lending.
• A strong network of brokers and industry professionals in the North West.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to assess opportunities and deliver results.

• Salary: Up to £60,000 + Car Allowance + Commission.
