Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop the HR team, providing coaching and ensuring training is up to date.
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers and stakeholders on employee relations and HR best practices.
- Lead learning and development initiatives to enhance staff capability and succession planning.
- Ensure compliance by updating policies, contracts, and handbooks in line with legislation.
- Oversee HR databases, payroll coordination, pension schemes, and GDPR compliance.
- Manage recruitment efforts and foster staff well-being through regular meetings and venue visits.
- Collaborate with external partners, such as recruitment agencies, lawyers, and union representatives.
- Provide regular reporting to the Board of Directors and contribute to strategic discussions.
Ideal Candidate Profile: - CIPD and /or equivalent HR Manager experience at a similar level
