Reed HR have partnered with a key client in West Sussex who is looking for a Strategic People Partner to lead a transformative project across the organisation.
The successful candidate will align business objectives with HR strategies, navigating organisational change with empathy, compliance, and efficiency. This role also includes broader Strategic People Partner responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner and consult with business leaders to understand their needs and creatively support them with solutions that align with our organisational strategy.
- Navigate the change environment, coaching leaders through the design, implementation, and monitoring of change initiatives.
- Coach leaders on the employee life cycle, enabling them to take ownership of decisions while providing expertise and guidance on practices such as workforce planning, succession planning, and engagement strategy.
- Report on relevant management information, working across the HR team and finance to provide analysis and insights, enabling data-driven decision-making.
- Develop and execute strategic initiatives with a client-specific people plan to attract, retain, and develop talent.
About You:
- Proven experience as a commercial HR Business Partner, with expertise in building and developing a people strategy that reflects business priorities and market trends.
- Strategic and data-driven mindset with the ability to think critically and convey complex insights clearly and compellingly.
- Excellent engagement and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to forge strong working relationships that lead to shared outcomes.
- Proactive in finding solutions, with the ability to scan the internal and external environment to identify risks and drive solutions.
