We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead and oversee key aspects of our Human Resources function. This role will be responsible for employee relations (ER), recruitment, HR reporting, and supervising a small team. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring HR initiatives align with business goals while fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
DAY TO DAY:
Employee Relations
Serving as the first point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to managers and employees.
Managing conflict resolution, investigations, and disciplinary processes in a fair and consistent manner. Ensuring compliance with employment laws, company policies, and best practices.
Promoting a culture of open communication and collaboration across all levels of the organization.
Recruitment
Overseeing recruitment specialist on day-to-day activities, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
Supporting relationships with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and developing recruitment strategies.
Building and maintain a talent pipeline to support current and future organizational growth.
Driving employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
Reporting & Analytics:
Preparing and analyze HR metrics, providing actionable insights to support decision-making, defining HR KPIs against business plan, reporting against resourcing plan
Generating regular and ad-hoc reports on recruitment, turnover, employee engagement, and other HR key performance indicators.
Monitoring HR trends and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Team Supervision:
Leading, mentoring developing a small HR team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
Delegating responsibilities effectively while providing guidance and support to team members.
Fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the HR team.
WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
Proven experience in employee relations, recruitment, and HR reporting.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in HRIS and applicant tracking systems.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and present data effectively.
Leadership skills to motivate and manage a team.
