We are seeking a dedicated Community Support Workers to work with children in the Warrington area. This role involves providing respite care and making a significant impact on the lives of children who need support.
Day-to-day of the role: - Assist children in everyday activities, ensuring they are safe and engaged.
- Provide respite care, giving families short-term relief from the demands of caregiving.
- Support the physical and emotional well-being of children through compassionate interaction and care.
- Help in managing the daily routines of children, which may include some aspects of personal care.
Required Skills & Qualifications: - Minimum of 6 months experience in a similar role in the UK.
- A compassionate and patient approach to care.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexibly and respond to the varying needs of children.
- Enhanced DBS check will be required.
