We are seeking a Quality Manager to join this fantastic small team based near Fareham.

My client is renowned for reliable wholesale supply to cruise lines, fleets, military, and global retailers. They provide ambient, chilled, frozen, and bonded foods, beverages, consumables, and hotel supplies.

This role offers flexibility and might suit:

• A parent who needs to work around school runs, with only a few hours daily, Monday to Friday.
• A semi-retired professional looking to stay active for a few more years.
• A full-time professional seeking a split role, overseeing multiple projects with a 50/50 approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and BRC requirements.
• Oversee quality assurance processes and maintain documentation.
• Collaborate with teams to implement best practices and continuous improvements.

About You:

• Proven experience in food safety, BRC compliance, and quality management.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive in ensuring standards are met.
• Resides within a commutable distance of Fareham.

What We Offer:

• Pro rata salary of £40,000-£45,000 per year (£20,000-£22,500 per year, based on experience and qualifications).
• Flexible working hours to suit your needs.
