Position: Field Service Engineer - Coffee Machines
Salary: Up to £34,000 basic DOE
Hours: 40 hours/week
Job Type: Permanent

• Overtime Pay: £24/hr for weekly overtime and weekends, £32/hr on bank holidays, plus £50 standby on holidays.

• Installation & Commissioning: Set up commercial coffee equipment for clients.
• Maintenance: Perform pre-planned preventative maintenance.
• Breakdown Response: Attend to breakdowns and repairs promptly.
• Training: Educate operators on the use and maintenance of coffee equipment.
• Stock Management: Manage spare parts in your service van.
• Paperwork: Complete service reports and paperwork efficiently.
• Collaboration: Work with colleagues and support all areas of the business.
• Work Pattern: Monday - Friday, with a 1 in 4 weekend on-call rotation.

• Experience: A seasoned engineer with a background in electrical and mechanical roles, such as white goods or gaming machine engineering.
• Interest in Coffee: Enthusiastic about the coffee industry and ready for a hands-on role.
