Description
Payroll Coordinator (12 month FTC, HYBRID)
- Manage and process weekly & monthly payrolls in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with the Accounting & Finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and answer employee queries about payments.
- Maintain accurate records of payroll documentation and transactions.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Participate in payroll projects, including system upgrades and process improvements.
- Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless payroll processes.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection regulations.
Profile
A successful Payroll Coordinator (12 month FTC, HYBRID) should have:
- Previous experience in a similar Payroll position.
- Proficiency in payroll software and systems.
- Experience with high-volume payroll processing.
- Proficiency in manual payroll calculations and Excel.
- Strong communication skills.
- Knowledge of payroll systems like iTrent (not essential).
