About the Role:
As a Digital PR Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative PR strategies that elevate the client's presence across digital channels. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including paid media, SEO and content, to deliver successful campaigns that generate media coverage, enhance brand visibility, and engage target audiences. Clients span a range of industries including travel, charities, sport, eCommerce and healthcare alongside others.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital PR strategies aligned with client objectives.
- Craft compelling press releases, media pitches, and content to secure high-quality media coverage.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, bloggers, and influencers to maximise media opportunities.
- Monitor media coverage and analyse PR campaign performance, providing detailed reports and insights.
- Collaborate with SEO, content, and social media teams to ensure integrated campaign strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, digital PR best practices, and competitor activities.
- Lead outreach efforts to secure placements, backlinks, and mentions in top-tier online publications.
- Manage crisis communication and reputation management as needed.
- Provide strategic input and support for new business pitches and client presentations.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, ensuring high standards of PR output.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in digital PR, with a track record of developing and executing successful PR strategies.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft engaging press releases and pitches.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building relationships with media and influencers.
- Knowledge of SEO and its relationship with digital PR efforts.
- Proactive, creative thinker with a strong understanding of the digital media landscape.
- Experience using PR tools and software to manage campaigns and monitor media coverage.
