Business Teacher (Supply)

We are currently seeking Supply Business Teachers to support our vibrant schools across Greenwich, Lambeth, and Southwark. This supply role is ideal for individuals who are looking to work flexibly and are passionate about making a difference in diverse educational settings. As a Supply Business Teacher, you will have the opportunity to bring your expertise and enthusiasm to various classrooms, while contributing to a culture that values inclusivity, entrepreneurship, and strategic thinking.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Deliver engaging and insightful Business lessons to secondary or post-16 students on a flexible basis.
• Quickly adapt to different classroom settings and uphold the school’s teaching standards.
• Assess and monitor student progress during your time in the classroom.
• Implement classroom management strategies to create a conducive learning environment.
• Work collaboratively with permanent staff to ensure continuity of teaching practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent is essential.
• Previous experience in teaching Business is highly regarded, but not mandatory for supply roles.
• Ability to quickly adapt to new classroom environments and maintain high teaching standards.
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to foster a positive learning atmosphere.
