Description

As an Administrator your responsibilities will include:

  • Provide administrative support to the property team.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communication.
  • Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Order office supplies and maintain an inventory.
  • Develop and maintain a filing system.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
