Our client a leading advertising services firm based in Farringdon, central London are seeking a Billings Analyst to join their dedicated and friendly accounts team. They a leading company in their field and play a big role in the UK advertising industry. This role is integral to their finance team, helping to maintain financial accuracy in their billing processes and contributing to the improvement of business operations.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 years' experience in a billing position within an accounts environment and will be immediately available or on short notice in order for a January start.

• Produce invoices based on the agreed billing value as outlined by project/client purchase orders.
• Manage the accounts inbox and ensure timely responses to queries.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including the sales team, to discuss forecasted revenue and costs.
• Resolve billing and payment queries efficiently.
• Proactively chase payments through email and phone communications.
• Support the implementation and processes of our newly implemented software.
• Assist the Financial Controller as needed, providing reliable support to the finance team.
• Engage in learning opportunities to grow within the company.

• Previous experience in a billings role.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong written and numerical skills.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of handling internal and external communications smoothly.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
