French and Spanish teachers - QTS

This is your chance to inspire KS3 and KS4 students as they develop their French language skills. In this role, you will be delivering engaging and effective lessons to the students, helping them develop their speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills in French and Spanish. Responsibilities:

• Creating a positive learning environment through professionally planned lessons and classroom displays
• Using imagination and innovation to enhance the learning experience in children
• Having control over the whole class and maintaining discipline
• Adhering to the curriculum, including up to date changes in the structure
• Use assessment data to inform lesson planning
• Set homework and mark promptly
• Ensure a high quality of teaching and learning takes place
• Deal with immediate problems/emergencies according to school policy and procedures
• Strong subject knowledge
• Punctual and reliable

Personal Attributes:

• You will have a genuine passion for teaching

• QTS/PGCE equivalent
