Residential Conveyancer - West Midlands

Our client, a highly respected law firm based in the West Midlands, would like to recruit an experienced residential conveyancer to join the existing team, which presently consists of one very experienced Associate and a secretary.

Applicants do not need to be qualified (can be CILEX), but must be able to run their own files safely, and with minimum supervision.

Although qualification as a Lawyer is not required, applicants must have superb academics and exemplary organisational, communicative and IT skills.

Crucially, applicants must have extensive and relevant experience in a similar role.

It is essential that applicants live in the West Midlands to be considered for this role.
