About the Assessment Team:
The Assessment Team is at the forefront of identifying the needs of children and families at pivotal moments. In this dynamic and fast-paced role, you will:

• Conduct timely and thorough assessments of children in need, identifying risks and strengths.
• Collaborate with families and multi-agency professionals to create clear, actionable plans for support.
• Play a vital role in safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
• Work on diverse and challenging cases, ensuring every child receives the care and support they deserve.

What You Bring:
To thrive in this role, you'll need:

• A minimum of 3 years' experience as a qualified Social Worker.
• Current registration with Social Care England.
• A solid understanding of safeguarding, assessment frameworks, and child protection legislation.
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.
