As a key member of the Children's Disabilities Team, you will:

• Assess, plan, and manage cases, ensuring the best outcomes for children.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have:

• A minimum of 3 years' experience as a qualified Social Worker.
• Current Social Care England registration.
• A strong understanding of safeguarding, legislation, and best practices.
