Senior Graphic Designer - Menswear License

The role of a Senior Designer - Men's Graphic Design is to lead and inspire a small team in creating engaging and innovative graphics for a range of boy's apparel products. Working across license, graphic and AOP, the role is highly creative and requires a keen eye for trends, excellent design skills and strong leadership.

• Leading the men's graphic design team, across license product
• Creating innovative and engaging graphics for men's apparel
• Monitoring fashion and design trends
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure coherence in design
• Presenting designs to stakeholders
• Ensuring designs meet brand and customer expectations
• Providing mentorship to junior team members
• Ensuring all designs are aligned with the company's ethical standards

Profile

A successful Senior Designer in Men's Graphic Design should have:

• A degree in Graphic Design or a related field
• Extensive experience in graphic design, preferably in the apparel sector
• Experience in both licence and non license graphic design
• Experience in all over print
• Excellent at hand drawing
• Proven leadership skills
• A keen eye for design and trends
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• A strong understanding of brand identity
