HGV Class 2 ADR Night Driver

Pay rate: £16.13-£32.26 PAYE, plus 28 days paid holidays

OTE Earnings: £785 per week - £896 per week

Whatever your current situation, this long-term HGV Driver position with UK’s leading energy suppliers is sure to pique your interest.

Supporting them through peak season (now, right through to April 2025) the successful applicant will join Driver Hire’s team of skilled temporary drivers, to exclusively support our client in the safe and efficient delivery of mini-bulk gas to locations across the area. Working the night shift, you’ll be driving about when the roads are at their quietest too!

Pay and hours

• Night shift, starting around 1600hrs with £20 per night bonus
• £16.13 (PAYE) per hour (42.5 hours guaranteed)
• £24.20 (PAYE) per hour for overtime and weekends
• £32.26 (PAYE) per hour over 42.5 hours, that fall on a weekend

About you

As an experience HGV Class 2 or Class 1 driver, you will have;

• Full UK Cat C licence
• ADR licence with Category 2 in tanks / gases - new passes will be considered
• No more than 6 penalty points

Based in Saxham Suffolk, this position is commutable for drivers around the Bury St Edmunds, Ipswich, Thetford, Stowmarket, Newmarket and Cambridge areas.
