Sales Executive

This role is ideal for someone with a blend of administrative prowess, project management skills, and a knack for sales. While hardcore sales experience is not a necessity, we value the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, such as booking travel, organising schedules, and handling client enquiries. If you have a background in sales, production, showroom, buying, or any role that requires analytical thinking and multitasking, we want to hear from you.

Day to day of the role

• Handle client enquiries, manage your own client base, and reach out proactively through cold calling to secure new business.
• Maintain and build relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their needs and providing continuous service.
• Identify client requirements and send them digital books of models that fit their criteria.
• Secure model bookings for shoots, fostering rapport to ensure repeat business.
• Guide clients through the sales process, ensuring clear communication and driving deals to completion.
• Balance desk time with active research and business development, updating client information and expanding the agency’s brand reach.
• Meet and exceed KPIs through effective sales pitches and client engagement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Familiarity with sales environments and the ability to handle direct client interactions.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively represent models and secure bookings.
• An outgoing and friendly personality that resonates well with clients and models alike.
• Resilience and perseverance, with the ability to bounce back from unsuccessful calls and keep pushing for results.

Benefits

• Starting Salary is £31,000, with OTE in excess of £50,000 - £60,000 in your first year
• Opportunities for promotion to Senior Model Booker with a salary increase to £37,000 based on performance.
