As an IT Infrastructure Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the seamless operation and security of our IT systems. You will work across a diverse technology stack, taking ownership of administration, maintenance, and improvements while supporting the business with innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Microsoft Azure Administration: Oversee and maintain our Azure environments.
- Linux Server Administration: Manage and optimize Linux-based systems.
- Network Administration: Ensure the stability and security of networks, including VPNs, firewalls, and routers.
- Windows Server & Microsoft 365 Administration: Support and maintain these systems, including Teams.
- System Monitoring & Security: Utilize tools like Nagios, OpsGenie, and GrayLog to ensure system health and security.
- ISO 27001 & SOC 2 Compliance: Maintain documentation, support audits, and uphold security standards.
- Create and maintain technical guides, WIKI pages, and end-user support documentation.
- Investigate and resolve system issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with third-party suppliers and vendors to resolve escalated issues.
What We’re Looking For
Experience:
- Minimum of 5+ years in IT Infrastructure Administration.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with IT professionals, end users, and business stakeholders.
- A proactive self-starter who excels at problem-solving and delivering fast results.
Essential Skills:
- Linux Server Administration
- Microsoft Azure Administration
- Monitoring and orchestration tools (e.g., Nagios, Ansible)
Desirable Skills:
- Windows Server Administration
- Microsoft 365 Administration
- Message Queue Administration (e.g., IBM MQ)
- Build/deployment tools (e.g., Azure DevOps)
- Network Administration (e.g., VPNs, firewalls like Palo Alto, routers like Cisco)
- Working knowledge of ISO 27001 or SOC 2 standards
- Mentoring junior team members
