Interpath Advisory, a leading financial advisory business specialising in deal advisory, restructuring services, and valuations. We're seeking an experienced Associate Director for its Valuations team. With 11 offices across the UK and 4 international offices, Interpath works with organizations of all sizes to create, defend, preserve, sustain and grow value. The successful candidate will be joining a dynamic team with extensive sector coverage and in-depth market expertise. As a Associate Director of Valuations, you will lead a team and have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, ranging from delivering valuations of business enterprises and intangible assets to financial instruments.

Key Accountabilities

  • Carry out high-quality valuations for a diverse range of clients across multiple sectors.
  • Deliver insightful, accurate, and timely valuation analysis for a wide range of purposes including financial reporting, tax planning, and commercial transactions.
  • Lead on large, complex projects, managing project teams and ensuring high-quality delivery.
  • Act as a primary point of contact with clients on valuations-related issues, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with other teams across the business, sharing knowledge and expertise to support the growth of the Valuations team.
  • Coach and mentor junior members of the team, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Contribute to business development initiatives by writing proposals, attending meetings, and maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients
Requirements
  • Bachelor's in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
  • Professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or CFA.
  • At least 7 years of experience in valuation services, preferably in a professional services firm, or corporate environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge in a range of valuation methods, including discounted cash flow, multiples, and option pricing models.
  • Experience leading projects and managing teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
