This is a role for a strong customer service assistant with lettings/property management. A progressive role, your duties will include:
- Liaising with potential new tenants, conducting viewings, taking rental enquiries
- Completing tenancy agreements and vettings
- Check in and checkouts plus inventories.
- Ensure the building is presented to the highest standard
- Adhere to all health and safety and ensure the building is compliant
- Updating the CRM systems/advertising portals
- Liaise with maintenance contractors and ensure tenant issues are solved quickly!
This role is full time and office based
