A confident and proactive Sales Executive is needed to follow-up inbound leads, build customer relationships and drive sales within the Home Renovations / Construction industry.

Description
- Drive business and build customer relationships by chasing warm, inbound leads
- Present and sell products/services to prospective customers, understanding their needs and negotiating on terms
- Prepare detailed quotations and proposals based on client specifications
- Assess technical drawings, being able to identify home solutions and project timeframes
- Collaborate with team members to achieve greater success
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
- Meet and exceed sales targets, reporting on performance results
- Tour customers around the showroom
- MUST be in the office 5 days a week, including 1 Saturday per month for a half day
Profile
- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the Manufacturing / Real Estate sector
- A proactive and energetic approach, repeatedly driving sales and meeting customer demands
- Confident telephone speaker, constantly speaking with prospective customers and clients
- Excellent communication and negotiation qualities
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Willingness to learn new things
- Competent with a computer and Word packages
- Educational background in Business, Marketing or related field is a plus
- Technical experience or the ability to produce technical drawings is desirable, but this can be learned
Job Offer
- A competitive salary in the range of £28,000 - £30,000 per year
