Sales Negotiator

Are you a Sales Negotiator with Prime Central London experience looking for the opportunity to benefit from a high commission structure?

My client, an independent agent is currently looking for a Sales Negotiator to join their team in SW11 postcode area. 

Working hours:

• As a Sales Negotiator, you’ll be required to work full time

The successful Sales Negotiator will be offered:

• A basic salary of up to £25,000
• Realistic OTE £60,000 +
• High commission structure
• Pension 

To be considered for the  Sales Negotiator role you must have:

• Minimum of 2 years of prime central London Experience
• Proven track record
• Local knowledge would be advantageous but not essential 
• Passionate about the property industry 
• Organised 
• Hard-working attitude
• Personable with the ability to work a part of a larger team, as well as, individually 

As a Sales Negotiator, your role will involve:

• Conducting viewings around central London
• Negotiating offers
• Registering applicants
• Updating Vendors on their sale
