IT Field Technician (1st/2nd Line) - SOMERSET - 6 Month CONTRACT

Are you a skilled IT Field Technician looking for an immediate challenge?

We’re seeking a talented individual to provide on-site IT support to schools across Somerset. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is 1) Available in the new year and 2) enjoys problem-solving and working across sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
• Provide technical support to staff and students
• Install and configure computer systems and networks
• Work independently and as part of a team
• Good technical knowledge of IT hardware and software
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• A valid driving license and willingness to travel
