Opening Times: 10am to 6pm Mon. to Fri. Sunday 10.30am to 5pm

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all store operations, ensuring efficiency, exceptional customer service, and achievement of sales goals.
- Lead, inspire, and develop your team, creating a motivated and high-performing workforce.
- Build lasting relationships with customers, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
- Drive sales by utilizing expert product knowledge and helping your team achieve targets.
- Ensure the store meets the highest standards of visual merchandising and presentation.
- Collaborate with senior management to implement strategies that enhance the store's performance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Store Manager in a premium or luxury retail environment.
- A passion for furniture and home décor, with a flair for design and visual merchandising.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to drive sales while maintaining high customer service standards.
- A proactive and hands-on approach, with excellent organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by the business.
