IT - 1st Line Support

An international removal company are in search for an 1st Line IT Support candidate to join their team.

Location: Croydon, London

Responsibilities:

Within this role you will be responsible for managing the day to day IT operations ranging from monitoring their cloud based servers, programs and applications through to desk top and PC hardware issues.

You will provide 1st line support to all staff members within the Croydon office, as well as providing support to other locations remotely.

Desired Experience:

• Azure
• Office 3654
• 1st and 2nd Line Support of End Users
• Software Troubleshooting
• VOIP phone systems
