The Opportunity

A fantastic opportunity has come up for a dedicated Project Manager with strong technical production experience to join this leading Event Tech business as they scale-up their team for 2025.

If you’re driven by transforming the way events are created and delivered, excited by using cutting-edge technology to produce high quality event experiences, and want to work with industry leaders such as Nike, Brompton, Financial Times, All Saints, Thinkbox and lots more, then this could well be your next move - you’ll be joining a passionate team and play a key role in overseeing a variety of creative and technical projects, from conception to completion.

The Role

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of projects, managing timelines, budgets and resources to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders throughout each project, providing regular updates, managing expectations and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, AV and production teams to ensure project deliverables are met to a high standard.
  • Anticipate and mitigate potential risks, quickly addressing any challenges that arise to keep projects on track.
  • Develop and manage relationships with external partners, including event platforms, agencies and venues, to optimise our service capabilities.
  • Screen and onboard new suppliers and freelancers as needed, evaluating their performance and quality, ensuring they meet company standards.
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with existing clients, and identify opportunities to expand accounts and add value.

The Person

  • 3+ years of project management experience in production or events, with a solid track record in end-to-end project delivery.
  • Experience in working with AV and technical production is essential.
  • Meticulous and process-driven, capable of managing multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to think contingently and handle unexpected challenges.
  • Strong communicator and natural relationship builder, who keeps clients and internal teams informed whilst spotting opportunities for growth.

The Package

  • Contract: Permanent, full-time.
  • Location: Central London.
  • Working: Hybrid working, 3-4 days in offices.
  • Salary: up to £40,000 per annum + annual bonus + commission opportunities.
