Page Group are delighted to be working in partnership with a leading manufacturing & supply led business who support the construction industry, who are now looking for a Customer Service Team Leader to join them at their offices in the East Leeds area

Description

• Provide direct leadership and support to between 5-8fte within a Customer Service Team
• Ensure Customer Orders are assigned and processed in line with service level agreements
• Ensure a world class level of service is provided to customers at all times
• Take ownership of any escalated customer issues
• Identify areas of process failure or under-performance, providing recommendations to improve process and procedures
• Work closely with wider business including, production, logistics, sales and finance
• Keep customers updated and informed with the status of their orders

Profile

• Experience in a similar customer service team leader / manager role
• Ability to manage and drive performance
• Customer Focused
• Use of CRM systems (SAP Desirable)
