We are currently recruiting for a dedicated Deputy Manager to join our team at an 80-bed residential home. This full-time position offers a salary of £30,000 per annum and an excellent opportunity to grow in a leadership role within the care sector.
Key Details:
- Hours: 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with 1 weekend shift every 3 weeks.
- Salary: £30,000 per annum.
Responsibilities:
As a Deputy Manager, you will:
- Support the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of the home.
- Ensure residents receive high-quality, person-centered care.
- Lead and supervise care staff, fostering a positive and supportive environment.
- Assist in managing compliance with regulatory and CQC standards.
- Contribute to care planning and assessment processes.
- Manage and support the development of team members.

- Proven experience in a similar leadership role within a residential care setting.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
