Trainee Underwriter - Real Estate

Our client, a fast-growing, young and dynamic, Real Estate Financing business in North West London is looking to hire a Trainee Underwriter to join their rapidly growing team. Applicants should have experience within the Property or Real Estate sectors and be educated to at least A Level standard.

The company will provide full training, with a clear path to career progression. An excellent holiday package is also included.

Duties include:
* Working with the wider team to assess the eligibility of potential client's loan request
* Assessing possible risks, ensuring loans are completed
* Handling post loan matters
* Keeping abreast of UK real estate market and current trends

Skills and experience required:
* Real Estate experience essential
* Educated to A Level as a minimum
* Microsoft Office proficient
* Strong numerical skills
