Responsibilities
- Support the planning, prioritising, and allocation of all relevant client payroll work within own and client's team.
- Conduct payroll processing during peak times and delegate client work during periods of normal demand.
- Review all payroll processing work of the team.
- Supervise Seniors, Semi-Seniors and Assistants who are involved in processing of payroll.
- Develop and build relationships internally for cross referral opportunities and to become a valued team member across the firm.
Experience
- 5+ years in payroll processing
Desirables
- Supervision experience
- Accountancy/bureau background with high volume client based payroll experience
