What You'll Do

As an Administrator, you will:

• Be the first point of contact for clients, assisting with queries via phone and email.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, providers, and colleagues.
• Manage and update client records using CRM systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Support the team with administrative tasks such as processing new business applications, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.
• Help deliver exceptional service to clients in line with service standards.

What We're Looking For

We’re seeking someone with:

• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• A proactive and detail-oriented approach to work.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• At least 5 GCSEs (Grades A-C) including Maths and English.

No prior financial services experience is necessary, but any exposure to administration or customer service is a plus.
