POST Recruitment are recruiting for a Paid Media Manager to join our client, a luxury homeware business based on the outskirts of Manchester.
My client are a leading name in the luxury homeware sector and are on the lookout for a talented and data-driven Paid Media Manager to take ownership of their entire digital advertising strategy. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong experience in PPC search and shopping campaigns, as well as a passion for driving customer acquisition through data-led marketing.
As they've just launched a new website, they're looking for an individual to bring their expertise to drive performance, grow traffic, and optimise conversions across multiple channels. Key Responsibilities:
- Create a 360° Advertising Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy, including paid search, paid social, and retargeting across Google and Meta (with the flexibility to explore new platforms).
- Manage and Optimise Campaigns: Oversee daily management and optimisation of all paid media campaigns to meet KPIs, including traffic, conversion rates, and cost-efficiency.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyse campaign performance and customer behaviour data to identify opportunities for growth. Regularly report insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Budget Management: Take full control of a £12k - £20k per month advertising budget, ensuring efficient spend and maximum ROI across all channels.
- Customer Acquisition: Drive customer acquisition strategies through both digital and offline channels, ensuring a seamless and effective approach to lead generation.
- SEO Collaboration: Work closely with the SEO team to support the ongoing strategy, providing regular keyword reporting and assisting in search visibility improvement.
- Newsletter Growth: Implement strategies to increase newsletter subscriptions, building a more engaged audience.
Key Targets:
- Increase Website Traffic: Drive significant increases in high-quality traffic to the new website.
- Improve Conversion Rates: Enhance the user journey and optimise ads to increase conversion rates while maintaining a balance with ACOS (Advertising Cost of Sale) expectations.
- Drive Revenue Growth: Achieve revenue growth without exceeding ACOS targets, ensuring advertising spend remains efficient and effective.
Your Experience:
- Proven experience in managing Google PPC campaigns, especially in search and shopping, with a focus on ROI and performance tracking.
- Data-obsessed mindset, able to analyse, interpret, and act upon performance data to continually optimise campaigns.
- Prior experience with considered purchase cycles is preferred, where the customer journey requires a strategic, multi-touchpoint approach.
- Experience managing paid social ads on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram), with an openness to exploring new digital advertising channels.
- Strong organisational and communication skills, able to present data and insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- A passion for digital marketing, with a results-driven, analytical approach to decision-making.
