SEN - Learning Support Assistant

Are you an LSA with experience of working with pupils with additional learning needs? 

Reed Education Southampton are currently seeking passionate and dedicated individuals for a number of temporary, long-term bookings (with potential of permanent placements!) within local schools across Hampshire!

We at Reed Education Southampton support a large number of schools across Hampshire, including Southampton and Bournemouth! The need for additional support within schools is ever increasing, and is a consistent need to support young people within educational environments to assist in the support and progression of pupils with additional needs. We provide schools with cover for sickness and long-term absence, allowing them to run smoothly and effectively with excellent candidates who can adapt to any given situation.

What do you need to be an LSA?

- Experience working within education is desired

- Experience working within a similar sector (eg, care, SEN, nurseries, etc)

- Clear Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or be willing to obtain one

- Available up to 5 days per week on a regular basis (especially for long-term positions for continuity)

- Eligible to work in the UK with no restrictions
