• Provide support and targeted interventions across the school, from EYFS to KS2.
• Work with small groups to enhance learning and understanding in core subjects.
• Implement targeted interventions to help students meet their educational goals.
• Utilise the Read, Write Inc phonics scheme to aid in literacy development, where applicable.

• Proven experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar educational role.
• Knowledge of the Read, Write Inc phonics scheme is desirable.
• Demonstrated patience, empathy, and a dedicated approach to student development.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
• Strong communication skills to interact with students, staff, and parents.
