You will navigate the intricacies of international tax, joint ventures, and shareholder agreements, bringing exceptional judgement and prioritisation skills to deliver results in collaborative, cross-border environments.

As a senior finance leader, you will have:

• Experience in shipping and maritime transportation finance, including financial modelling for long-life, high-value projects.
• Expertise in structuring and securing non-recourse financing, particularly in projects combining tax lease structures, is essential.
• Responsibility for managing relationships with banks, financial institutions, and advisors for complex financing arrangements.
• Proficiency in addressing international tax matters and navigating complexities of joint ventures, shareholder agreements, and governance structures.
