About the Role
As the Dynamics F&O/SCM Solution Architect, you’ll take charge of this implementation, leading a dedicated team of internal staff and external contractors. You’ll be the driving force behind delivering robust solutions for modules including Supply Chain Management (SCM), Warehouse Management (WHM), and, optionally, Customer Engagement (CE).
This is a leadership role requiring technical expertise, project management, and team-building skills to ensure the successful deployment of this mission-critical system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and lead the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics F&O/SCM.
- Provide leadership to an internal team and manage external contractors effectively.
- Design and deliver solutions for SCM and WHM, with potential involvement in CE modules.
- Ensure seamless integration and optimal performance across the global supply chain.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Drive best practices, efficiency, and innovation within the team.
What We’re Looking For: - A minimum of 5 years’ experience working with Dynamics F&O/SCM, including major implementations for global-scale businesses.
- Proven leadership experience in managing teams and delivering large-scale projects.
- Strong expertise in SCM, WHM, and familiarity with CE is a bonus.
- Excellent communication skills to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A proactive problem solver with a strategic mindset.
