Finance Director - Payments FinTech

Job Title: Finance Director
Location: London, 3 days in the office per week
Reports To: CEO

Finitas are working on an exclusive basis with a leading global payments firm, regulated by the FCA, offering innovative payment solutions with proprietary technology. The company has seen rapid growth across the globe.

The Finance Director will lead the Finance Department, ensuring effective financial management, regulatory compliance, and strategic planning. This role reports directly to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage the Finance team.
• Develop and implement financial policies, including client money, payments, and liquidity management.
• Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and payroll.
• Manage relationships with banks and financial service providers, assessing risks and financial stability.
• Oversee capital management and regulatory compliance.
• Lead internal and external audits and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies.
• Collaborate with other departments to align financial strategies with company goals.

Requirements:

• Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
• Bachelor's degree
• Proven leadership in FinTech and payments at a Director level
