Interim Finance Business Partner

• Collaborate with various department heads to enhance financial performance and business decisions.
• Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic initiatives.
• Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting processes.
• Monitor financial performance, identifying trends and variances, and recommend actions.
• Develop financial models and conduct benchmarking to support business planning.

• Proven experience as a Finance Business Partner or similar role within the finance sector.
• Strong analytical skills with an ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with all levels of the organisation.
• Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate for the Finance Business Partner position would need to show experience obtained from a similar finance business partner role, be in commutable distance to our client in Maidstone, and be available to start work immediately. You would be required to work full-time in our office.
