Overview:

A long-established firm is looking for an experienced Legal Secretary with a focus on Private Client work. This role involves supporting at partner level and carrying out various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Document production using Word and digital dictation.
• Manage emails and calendars through Outlook.
• Use the Case Management system for storing documents and correspondence.
• Liaise with clients and external parties.
• File management and organisation.
• Prioritise tasks and ensure maximum output and accuracy.
• Reception duties when required.

Skills and Experience:

• Experience as a Legal Secretary, particularly in Private Client work.
• Fast and accurate typing (approx. 65 wpm).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and organisational skills
