Day Concierge

Location: Embankment
Shift Pattern: 3 days on / 3 days off, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 (dependent on experience and suitability)

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and self-reliant Concierge to join a high-end residential property in London. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring the smooth daily operation of the property.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a professional and welcoming front-of-house service to residents and visitors.
• Manage all inquiries, requests, and deliveries efficiently.
• Maintain the security and safety of the property, conducting regular checks and monitoring access.
• Assist residents with any needs, such as booking services or providing local information.
• Liaise with contractors and maintenance teams, ensuring minimal disruption to residents.
• Maintain accurate logs and records of incidents, keys, and deliveries.
• Ensure the property is always presented to a high standard, addressing any issues proactively.

• Proven experience in a concierge or similar customer-facing role.
• Able to work independently and handle responsibilities confidently.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Immaculately presented and professional at all times.
• Reliable, proactive, and highly organised.
