• Support students aged 7-18 in both their academic and personal development.
• Collaborate closely with teachers to implement tailored individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Contribute to creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Assist students in managing their behaviour and emotions.
• Motivate and encourage students to reach their full potential.

• Experience working with children or young people with SEN is highly desirable.
