The school are seeking a passionate and dynamic Religious Education (RE) teacher to start with them on a long-term supply contract in January 2025! This is an exciting opportunity for an RE Teacher to work in a supportive and stimulating environment, contributing to the development of a well-rounded curriculum.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging RE lessons in line with the national curriculum and school ethos.
- Foster a stimulating and inclusive learning environment that promotes inquiry and respect for diverse beliefs.
- Assess, monitor, and provide constructive feedback to support student progress and attainment.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student performance.
- Create and maintain a positive, well-ordered classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Enforce the school's behavior and safeguarding policies effectively.

Requirements:
- A recognized teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS).
- A degree in Religious Education, Theology, or a related subject.
- Proven experience teaching RE at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 levels (Key Stage 5 experience is desirable but not essential).
- A track record of raising student achievement and delivering outstanding teaching.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- The ability to motivate and engage students of varying abilities and backgrounds.
- A right to work in the UK is essential!
