The Role
As the Deputy IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the IT infrastructure, systems, and services across multiple hotel properties. This includes:
- IT infrastructure and system management
- IT strategy and coordination
- Support and troubleshooting
- Network and security management
- IT budgeting and asset management
- Team leadership and development
- Compliance and standards
Key Requirements - Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT operations
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, CISSP)
- Expertise in property management systems (PMS), POS systems, and guest service platforms
- Strong understanding of network architecture, security protocols, and cloud-based services
- Experience with telecommunications, audio-visual systems, and Wi-Fi infrastructure
- Strong understanding of guest services and operational workflows
- Ability to train non-technical staff
