We are currently seeking experienced Cover Supervisors who have worked in UK school settings to join our dedicated team.

Position Overview:
As an Experienced Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining the learning experience for students in the absence of their regular teacher. This role requires the ability to confidently deliver pre-planned lessons, manage classroom behavior effectively, and contribute to the overall progress of students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver pre-prepared lessons confidently across various subjects.
• Maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.
• Implement effective behavior management strategies to ensure a productive atmosphere.
• Provide tailored support to individual students, including those with SEN.
• Collaborate with teaching staff and school administrators to ensure lessons are delivered smoothly and consistently.

Requirements:

• Mandatory: A minimum of 1 year of school-based experience within the UK.
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt to diverse environments.
• Excellent communication skills with a professional and approachable demeanor.
• A positive, enthusiastic attitude and a passion for education.
• Ability to create an engaging and supportive learning environment.

Job Types:
Full-time and part-time positions are available.

Pay:
£100.00 - £155.00 per day
